Here are the advantages:

  • Extremely low weight of up to 75% compared to aluminium housings
  • Corrosion-resistant
  • No lubricants required
  • Low cost thanks to injection moulding process
  • Super-fast installation and maintenance due to separable and reusable housing halves
  • Completely clean in operation

The drylin® RJUMP is available in 3 different sizes: 12, 16 & 20. For lightweight constructions we also recommend the use of aluminium or carbon fibre shafts.

Sustainability is becoming increasingly important to our planet. We at igus want to contribute towards leaving behind a healthy planet for future generations. It is therefore important for us to re-use RJUMP, getting as much use out of it as possible. Notably, during maintenance, only the liner needs to be replaced. The housing itself will last and can be re-used.

igus also pays attention to sustainability when developing new products. For example, under our chainge recycling program, we receive back old energy chains and return them to the value-added chain.
